On receipt of the Product/s you must check they match your order. If there is any problem, or if they are defective or damaged you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the product/s. Claims may be reduced or rejected if we have not been given an opportunity to put matters right. |

Claims on Products already fitted will only be considered if the product has been fitted as per our instructions (see Guide To Fitting New Unit) and will be assessed on a product to product basis – please E Mail us at warranty@directfit.co.uk to detail the fault.

In addition to the right to cancel an order as described in Returns Clause 1, if there is a problem with your order or the Product(s) you purchase is(are) faulty, we may make good any shortage or non-delivery, or offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights. Please e-mail us at warranty@directfit.co.uk to arrange. Where Products are to be returned to us we will arrange this with you and we will pay for the reasonable cost of returning any faulty
